This multi-gym comes equipped with a smith machine, plate-loaded cable crossover, power rack, multi-grip pull-up bar and a variety of attachments.
With a maximum capacity of 325kg, the Monster G3 comes with a smith machine that will be able to challenge even the most advanced users and the lock and release mechanism helps to keep the user safe while training.
Furthermore, the quad bearing system creates a smooth sliding action while moving the bar along the guide rods.
There is also the optional extra of a vertical leg press attachment which allows you to convert the smith machine into a vertical leg press in just a few seconds.
You also do not have to worry about rotating the bar to release the smith machine from its catches. There are spotting catches you can control with your hands while in the vertical leg press position to make life easier.
