Customise Your Workout
Fully adjustable from -25 to 75 degrees with a backrest that can be adjusted to six different positions, exercise your whole chest as well as back, shoulders. Perform comfortable bicep curls or utilise the bench's flat position to perform tricep dips.

Leg Developer & Preacher Curl Attachment
This Force USA MyBench FID includes a separate leg developer and height-adjustable preacher curl attachment that interchange easily and allow even more flexibility in your workout.
The leg developer comes with high-quality padding for maximum comfort and allows you to perform leg curls for hamstrings and leg extensions for quadriceps. Also, the leg developer can be locked in position and used to anchor your feet while using the bench in a decline position.
For easy transport, there is a set of integrated utility wheels and a built-in front handle for moving your MyBench around quickly.
