Force USA G12
The next step up from the Monster G6, the Force USA G12 is the ultimate all-in-one fitness machine, with both pin and plate-loaded plates to create a complete strength training system.
Introducing the G12 Commercial Multi Gym
Key Features of the Monster G12
Building on the foundations of the G6, the Monster G12 still provides an exceptional 9 machines in 1 but with three additional key features.
Everything you could possibly want in one machine, the Force USA monster G12 combines the following into one machine:
- Power Rack
- Smith Machine
- Cable Crossover/ Functional Trainer
- Multi-Grip Chin up Bar
- Leg Press
- Dip Station
- Core Trainer
Perfect for advanced athletes or personal trainers to someone looking to create an ultimate home gym, the Force USA G12 multi-gym can be used to perform over 300 exercises.
1:1 Cable Pulley Ratio
In contrast to the 2:1 radio used by the G6, the G12 Functional Trainer utilises a 1:1 pulley ratio, meaning that the loaded amount of weight is truly weight you will be lifting. This means fewer weight plates are required to achieve each total weight, which also allows for a higher weight limit.
Strong and sturdy, the power rack can support a maximum weight of 450kg. This allows you to push yourself to your limits on big compound movements such as squats, overhead press, bench press and many more.
There are also band pegs which are great for adding resistance or assistance to your exercises.
In addition, the J-hooks and spotting arms are coated in a Polymer layer to protect the knurling of your barbells.
Also included is a counter-balanced smith machine built with commercial-grade guide rails for a smooth, fluid motion.
The lock/release mechanism and spotting catches allow for the user to safely workout without the need for a spotter.
Note: Only Olympic weights fit on the smith machine sleeves.
Thanks to the leg press attachment the smith machine can be converted into a vertical leg press in a matter of seconds.
The wide footplate allows for a variety of different width stances to target quads, hamstrings, glutes and inner thighs.
Cable Crossover/ Functional Trainer
One of the most popular features of the Force USA G12 is the cable crossover system.
With dual 90.5kg weight stacks and a 1:1 cable ratio, it offers plenty of resistance. The high-quality aircraft grade cables can withstand a maximum load of 909kg for extra peace of mind.
Amongst the variety of included cable attachments is a lat pull down bar and knee support attachment which allows you to use the cables for lat pulldowns.
Multi-Grip Chin Up Station
Built into the frame is a multi-grip chin up bar that offers a range of different pull up grips such as wide grip, neutral, overhand, underhand, angled and different widths.
It can also withstand a maximum load of 350kg which gives you the option of adding extra weight to your pull ups.
With the dips attachment there are a number of different width grips to perform dips. Another great upper body exercise to target, chest, triceps, shoulders and core.
Core Trainer/ Landmine
A popular attachment that is included with the Force USA G12 is the core trainer or landmine attachment. With use of an Olympic barbell (sold separately) it enables you to perform a number of rotational torso exercises as well as upper and lower body.
In addition, there is the option of using the included T-row attachment which fits onto the end of the barbell allowing you to perform a number of rowing exercises.

What can I say this is one hell of a piece of equipment. Solid and smooth can’t think home gym supply enough for a quick easy insulation and great advise hopefully this will propel me to moving my PT business forward. Will defiantly will be back… thanks guys .
This machine is incredible, by far the best machine out there
Fantastic machine! Ideal if you don't have much space. All you can wish for in a single thing. Definitely recommend!
This is just a fantastic piece of equipment , i came from old school setup of barebones power rack and lat pulley setup and was worried this was going to be "Too much of everything" in one but im now so much happier in my home gym.
With a power rack only, i was always limited to what exercises i could do , but now i can everything i could do before and a ton more, its made of very solid materials and everything just is so smooth. Im genuinely surprised how much im enjoying using the Smith machine, something ive avoided all my life, but doing squats in it feels amazing, and also now i have a leg press which i never had before. Im still figuring out how exactly to use it but last night i seemed to get the hang of it
It can be difficult to put together, so definetly recommend having some experience with these sorts of things or get it professionaly installed, this is commercial standard, so want it done right
The only issue i have is the weight stack is in 5kg jumps, i would have much preferred if the first 4 or 5 plates were in 2.5kg jumps and they could have made all the other ones 5kg and i dont think it would have been an issue. This is a 1:1 ratio for wieghts, and yeh 5kg is too big a jump when doing exercises like cable flies etc . I have bought a 5lb adapter that you add to the stack which im waiting on but this should help the situation im sure
Have to say Will from homegymsupply was just a pleasure to deal with, i bombarded him with emails and he responded quickly to each and everyone. Really made the whole transaction very smooth and i highly recommend buying from here with customer service like this.
Great job Will and best of luck going forward
