If you have not ordered a Tunturi product, please note that warranty registration for other brands can be done directly with the manufacturer. To register your NordicTrack or ProForm product, please Click Here and follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer.

For Tunturi warranty information, please read the following warranty information carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

 

1. Warranty Coverage

Home Gym Supply Ltd offers a 12 month parts and labor warranty as standard on all Tunturi products purchased through our authorized channels. If the product is registered within 28 days of delivery, then the warranty will be extended to 24 months free of charge. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship during normal use.

 

2. Warranty Registration

To activate and enjoy the full benefits of the 2-year warranty, customers must register their warranty within 28 days of product delivery. Failure to register within this period will result in the warranty being limited to 1 year for parts and labor.

To register your warranty, please follow these steps:

a. Take a clear picture of the serial number located on your Tunturi product.

b. Send an email to support@homegymsupply.co.uk.

c. Attach the picture of the serial number to the email.

d. Include your full name, contact information, order number and the date of product delivery in the email.


Please ensure that the subject line of the email contains "Warranty Registration - [Your Name]" for efficient processing.

 

3. Warranty Terms and Conditions

a. The warranty is valid from the date of delivery and covers only the original purchaser of the Tunturi product.

b. The warranty is non-transferable and cannot be extended or renewed.

c. Warranty claims must be made through Home Gym Supply Ltd and not directly with Tunturi.

d. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or damage caused by improper assembly, installation, or unauthorized modification.

e. Home Gym Supply Ltd reserves the right to inspect and determine the nature of any claimed defect before honoring the warranty.

f. Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.

g. If the product or any part is replaced under warranty, the original warranty period will still apply from the original date of delivery.

h. Home Gym Supply Ltd will cover the cost of parts and labor necessary to repair or replace any defective component covered by the warranty.

 

4. Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

a. Damage caused by commercial or institutional use of the product.

b. Damage resulting from improper maintenance, storage, or handling of the product.

c. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

d. Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than intended.

e. Damage resulting from exposure to extreme environmental conditions or natural disasters.
