How It Works
Take the hassle out of assembling your new gym equipment by having our engineers do it for you.
Our assembly service is available from Monday to Friday.
To ensure the process goes smoothly on the day, we will ask you complete a short site survey so that we come prepared.
Whenever possible, we try to have the engineer arrive with the equipment to simplify the delivery and assembly process.
Once the assembly is complete, the engineer will demonstrate or explain how your new equipment works. They will also check the is working correctly and will carry out any adjustments on site if needed.
England & Wales
Assembly is available in England & Wales except the following postcodes: LL, LD, PL, SA17-73, SY, TR and TQ. For the excluded postcodes there will come with an additional charge.
The following Scottish postcodes are covered by our assembly service: DG, EH, G, KA, ML and TD.
Once the site survey has been completed, there may be extra charges applied depending of factors such as access to the site.
Our engineers are unable to take away the packaging after assembly as the 30 day money back guarantee is only valid if the product is returned in the original packaging.
The assembly service only applies to one item and will need to be added as an extra of each individual piece of equipment.
