The York Leg Extension/Leg Curl Attachment is a great upgrade for York FTS Flex Bench. It easily converts the leg hold down to a fully working leg extension and leg curl apparatus. It comes complete with a locking pin so it can be used as a leg hold down when not in use.
Additionally, it has a 9” long weight loading peg for 1” standard plates. The peg can be modified to fit Olympic plates using the Olympic adapter sleeve (sold separately).
