The seat pad/cushioning is set at 430mm from the floor, making it suitable for everyone and enabling a secure planting of the feet while avoiding excessive lower back extension.

The bench includes a 610mm x 420mm spotting platform with a diamond plate, non-slip surface.

For added support and comfort, the extra-large bench cushion is 1230mm x 265mm.

The unit is steady and stable, thanks to the non-slip rubber feet.

The optional weight storage attachment includes three plate pegs (3 on each side) for quick access to Olympic weight plates.
