There aren’t many multi-funtional trainers that you can use standing up to perform exercises such as squats. However, the Tunturi WT80 leverage gym allows you train a wide variety of compound exercises to work all major muscle groups, building strength and burning calories.
The leverage system can be used in either a push or pull motion by loading the weight plates in different positions on the machine. If you want to do squats load the weight on the front of the machine. If you want to do pulling exercise such as lat pull down, load the plates on the back of the machine.
Unlike normal multi gyms, the bench on the WT80 can be folded out the way to allow the machine to be used for standing exercises such as squats.
For maximum comfort and versatility, the WT80 comes with a fully adjustable bench and bar height. This allows the user to adjust the height of the bar for different exercises. Whether you want to do squats or bench press, you will back able to make the machine suit you.
Instead of using a weight stack, this leverage gym has weight horns for you to use your own Olympic discs. Also, this allows you to work up to a higher maximum capacity of 220kg on squat and 180kg of lifting exercises.
