The J-Series Adjustable Jammer Arms 2.0 are compatible with all J-Series racks and stands, as well as racks with 1" front-facing holes and a 60x60mm box section. This versatility makes them a valuable addition to any home gym setup.
Innovative Multi-Hole Bracket
A new feature includes a multi-hole bracket with 13 holes, allowing you to fix or support the Jammer Arms in place using the included safety pin.
This design enables you to angle the arms before a lift, making exercises like chest press and shoulder press more efficient and comfortable.
Enhanced Protection
Protective plastic has been added to all touch points inside the bracket, both front and back. This prevents scratches on your rack, maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of your equipment.
Adjustable Handles
The Jammer Arms feature adjustable handles with straight and angled grips, suitable for a variety of exercises, from chest presses to bent-over rows. The detachable mounting bracket allows for quick and easy adjustments between sets.

With 50mm hole spacing along the front and side of the arms, you can make fine adjustments to the handles and accessories. These holes can also hold J-Cups and other attachments, reducing the need to remove the arms frequently.
