ProForm Carbon Smith Rack

The ProForm Carbon Smith Rack is a strong 4-post squat rack that combines several training systems for a comprehensive home gym.
Integrated Olympic Smith Bar
First and foremost, there is the incorporated smith machine with linear bearings for a smooth movement, which makes solo lifting safe thanks to the adjustable safeties.
Squat Rack
Also included is a squat rack which allows you perform traditional barbell movements such as squats, military press, bench pres and many more. The adjustable j hooks and safeties allow you to push yourself to your limits while staying safe.
FID Utility Bench
The integrated utility bench can go into flat, incline and decline positions as well as a leg developer and preacher pad.
The leg developer allows you to focus on your quadriceps and hamstrings. While the preacher pad allows you to isolate your biceps for an effective arm workout.
With multiple angles to choose from, the FID bench allows you to perform a variety of bench exercises such as flat/ incline/ decline bench press as well as seated shoulder press in the upright position.
Cable Pulley System
The Carbon Smith Rack also has a built-in pulley system, which includes two high swivel pulleys and one low row pulley.
For a more comprehensive workout, there are also pulley attachments included such as tricep rope, 2 x single nylon handles, lat bar and ankle strap.
With just a few quick steps, you can load olympic weight plates onto the rear carriage, connect the attachment you need to the pulley and start your exercise.
The low pulley also has a foot plate which helps you to comfortably perform low cable rows to target your back muscles.
Pec Deck
The butterfly arms, which are also connected to the rear weight carriage, allow you to comfortably perform chest flies while leaning against the back pad.
Integrated Storage
To save you time and energy, the Carbon Smith Rack has built in weight plate and barbell storage to keep your home gym tidy.
