The 2024 version of the NordicTrack S22i received a number of upgrades to take this bike to new heights.
Upgraded 22" HD Smart Touchscreen
Firstly, the 22" HD touchscreen received an upgrade to make the screen even more responsive with double the amount of built-in memory and the operating system was upgraded to Android 9 OS.
Upgraded Bluetooth 5 Connectivity
Thanks to the upgraded Bluetooth functionality, users can now enjoy an improved audio experience using their own Bluetooth headphones. This helps block out external distractions and not disturb the rest of the house.
Improved WiFi Connection
For uninterrupted workouts, NordicTrack has improved the WiFi adapter to incorporate 5GHz. Previous versions only offered 2.4GHz, but now you can use either frequency to suit your WiFit router. This helps to ensure you have a stable connection for your interactive workouts.
iFit Enabled Interactive Workouts
Unlock a wide variety of workout opportunities with the NordicTrack S22i Studio Cycle Exercise Bike and take advantage of the free 30-day iFit Family trial.
Participate in on-demand trainer-led workouts and studio classes or freecycle through a route of your choice on Google Maps. There are workouts to suit all users with new workouts being added constantly.
Swivelling 22" HD Smart Touchscreen
As mentioned above, the 22" HD Smart Touchscreen has received a number of upgrades to expand the interactive cycling experience.
But why just cycle? iFit has far more to offer than just cycling workouts. Why not swivel the screen and follow along to a yoga class and work on your flexibility and recovery?
SMR Silent Magnetic Resistance: Whisper Quiet Ride
NordicTrack's patented Silent Magnetic Resistance (SMR) system uses an inertia-enhanced flywheel to produce whisper-quiet resistance with 24 levels to choose from.
Plus, allow the iFit trainer to control the resistance thanks to the SmartAdjust feature and guide you through your workouts and get the most out of each session.
20% Incline to -10%: Cycle to New Heights
Experience the unique feel of having your bike adapt to the interactive terrain that you are cycling with the SmartAdjust feature ranging from a maximum incline of 20% to a decline of -10%.
Hybrid SPD+Toe Clip Pedals
Combining toe cages and SPD clips, you can choose to use the footwear you prefer. If you want to lock in for maximum power, you can use the SPD clips. Or if you want to hop on and cycle, then you can use the toe cages.

The NordicTrack S22i comes with a free 2-man delivery service to the ground floor room of your choice.
Once the carrier collects the machine from our warehouse and it arrives at the local delivery depot, they will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date.
The estimated delivery time frame is currently 5-7 working days, ensuring your equipment is delivered promptly and hassle-free.
