NordicTrack treadmills come with a free 2-man delivery service to the ground floor room of your choice.
Once the carrier collects the machine from our warehouse and it arrives at the local delivery depot, they will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date. Then on the day of delivery, you will receive a message with a 2 hour delivery window.
The estimated delivery time frame is currently 5-7 working days, ensuring your equipment is delivered promptly and hassle-free.
At this time, we only offer shipping within the UK mainland. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause!
Because of the large size of the treadmill, our specialist delivery service typically takes between 5 to 7 working days.
For our specialist 2-man delivery services, we partner with either AIT or Transmec to ensure your equipment arrives safely.
Yes! We offer a Professional Assembly service for ground-floor rooms for an additional £75.00. To include this, simply select the assembly option on the product page before adding the treadmill to your cart. Please note that because our assembly team is smaller, delivery with assembly can take slightly longer, typically between 7 to 10 days.

Absolutely! Even without iFit, you can run the treadmill in manual mode and enjoy a few of its pre-programmed onboard workouts.
Absolutely! The touchscreen models allow you to connect to third-party streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube. Just keep in mind that you will need an active iFit Pro subscription to enable this feature, plus your own login details for the streaming services you want to watch.
It depends on your machine. All touchscreen models, such as the 1250 and 1750, require an iFit Pro membership. Other models without built-in touchscreens can use the iFit Train membership.
The treadmill includes a Lifetime Frame Warranty, a 10-year Motor Warranty, and 2-Year Parts & Labour. Please note: You must register your machine within 28 days of delivery to qualify for the full 2-year parts and labour warranty (otherwise a 1-year warranty applies).
