Equipped with an oversized footplate, you are able to use a variety of different stances to help target specific muscles in your legs. In addition, the angle of both the seat and footplate are adjustable allowing you to further target specific muscle groups.
The Hack Squat is a great exercise to target you Quadriceps, Hips and Glutes.
Built with oversized padded shoulder supports and a comfortable backrest, the hack squat is comfortable to use for users of all shapes and sizes.
Unlike most other Leg Press/ Hack Squat machines the Monster Ultimate comes with a removable calf raise block. This allows you to easily and safely target your calves.
By simply adjusting the Footplate and moving the back support you can convert the leg press into a hack squat in under 30 seconds.
Able to withstand a maximum load of 450kg. The Monster Ultimate Leg Press and Hack Squat allows you to push yourself to your limits and give your legs a great workout.
If the 450kg capacity isn’t quite enough. Also included are 4 band pegs which can be fitted in 6 different positions. This allows you add more resistance to your leg workouts and vary the tension in the movement with the elastic effect of the bands.
