The FORCE USA F50 includes a redesigned and upgraded ergonomic multi-grip chin up / Pull Up station with 300 kgs use weight. This ergonomic design allows you to perform pull ups, chin ups, wide grip pull ups, reverse grip pull ups.

COMPACT TRAINING WITH EXTRA INTERNAL SPACE

This multi-purpose training solution allows you to workout with multiple functions and directions for endless variety. Even with all of its features the F-50 still has a compact footprint.

So many can feel cramped and claustrophobic, especially for taller and larger people. The Force USA 50 offers more interior work out space than many other functional trainers with just under 120cm of interior space and a height of 232 cm. The additional height means a higher chin bar, more reach for pressing motions and a higher starting point for cable movements.

FRICTIONLESS CABLE MOTION WITH 900KG RATED CABLES

Top-of-the-line commercial sealed bearing pulleys offer a low friction and smooth moving pulley operation. This has been enabled by a dual guide rod system to create a far more natural feel to your favourite functional trainer basic gym movements such as, lat pulldowns, low row, flyers, pressing movements complex sports specific movements.

With a loading capacity of 110kg (each side) the plate-loaded pulley system gives you the ability to perform a wide range of cable exercises.

Multi Grip Chin and Pull Up Bar

The FORCE USA F100 includes an ergonomic multi-grip chin up/pull up station with a 350 kgs user weight. This ergonomic design allows you to perform pull ups, chin ups, wide grip pull ups, and reverse grip pull ups.

Dips

Work your pecs with this basic exercise movement for a strong and powerful chest. Two different grip positions target different areas of your pecs: a narrow grip for inner chest and triceps, and a wide grip targeting more of the outside of the chest.

Multiple height adjustments on the crossfit rack gives you multiple height position options. You can also use weight belts or resistance bands to intensify your workout.

Core Trainer

The free landmine core trainer attachment allows you to incorporate functional torso and rotational training into your workout. Perform many different exercise variations. Please note the custom length barbell IS included as it has been specifically designed for this machine’s more generous internal working area.

T-Bar Rowing

The T-Bar handle fits onto the core trainer and provides one of the most popular basic foundation exercises in the gym. The custom length barbell is included in the package! No need to purchase a separate barbell.

Low Row

For low rows and mid rows, a low row foot plate is included on the base of the unit.
