The single 100kg stack offers 1:1 resistance on all exercise stations, and the sealed bearings in all of the pulleys give for an extremely smooth motion with no pulling or sticking.
The separate press and pectoral arms allow you to complete each exercise without getting out of your chair - no more complicated mechanism changes!
The translucent weight stack shroud, while appearing attractive, also serves as a safety feature and incorporates York's distinctive Y-frame design for enhanced support and stability.
