The York Barbell C19LR Cable Lat Pulldown and Low Row machine combines the benefits of a lat pulldown and a low pulley column. Floating pulley wheels re-direct a secondary cable to the low pulley, eliminating the need for cable changes and enhancing workout efficiency.
