Rival Super FID Adjustable Bench
The Rival Super FID Adjustable Bench is built for home users who want broad training options without surrendering floor space. It supports flat, incline and decline work, and its frame accepts multiple attachments, which extends its use beyond standard pressing or rowing positions.
Core Function
The bench uses a heavy duty steel structure that holds up to 450 kg, which maintains stability during higher intensity sessions. The padded seat and backrest reduce pressure points, while the handle and caster wheels allow quick movement between zones. Its geometry suits both free weight and barbell exercises, which helps consolidate equipment in compact rooms.
Attachment System
The bench have four optional attachments, Pec Fly, Leg Curl, Preacher Curl and Leg or Ab modules, giving users controlled isolation options. New attachments such as a plate loaded dip station and wing arm pads are in development, which makes the setup adaptable as training needs shift. This reduces the chance of outgrowing the platform.
