Bracket and Position Control
The updated mounting bracket features 13 adjustment holes. This allows the arm angle to be set before lifting, reducing awkward reach at the start position. Pre-setting is especially useful for chest presses where the arms sit behind a bench. Integrated plastic touch points protect rack uprights during adjustment.
Handle and Adjustment System
Each arm includes adjustable handles with both straight and angled grip options. Handle position changes quickly between sets. Front and side holes are spaced at 50mm, allowing fine-tuning for handle height or accessory placement. These holes can also hold J-cups, limiting unnecessary arm removal.
Rack Compatibility and Construction
The arms fit racks with 75x75mm uprights and 1-inch holes. Steel thickness ranges from 2mm to 8mm depending on load areas. A black powder coat finish improves durability under repeated contact.
Each arm weighs 19kg and supports up to 120kg of load. Usable sleeve length is 328mm with a 48mm diameter. Specialist collars are required. Locking pins are for positioning only. Arms must be lowered after use.
