The Knurled straight handles can be removed and repositioned to create three distinct width options. The flared handle layout supports different shoulder structures and training preferences. Knurl reference marks help maintain consistent hand placement across sets and sessions.

Construction and Grip

Handles are manufactured from thick aluminium with a 30mm diameter to balance grip security and manageable weight. Knurling provides traction without excessive abrasion during longer sessions. A matte black powder coat adds surface durability and reduces unwanted movement during use.

Training Compatibility

The dip station is compatible with Rival Resistance S-Series Jammer Arms, allowing the handles to function as a knurled straight bar during pressing movements. This expands use beyond dips without requiring additional attachments.

Storage and Rack Protection

The unit stores vertically against rack uprights when not in use. HDPE protective plastic is installed on all rack contact points to reduce wear on both the dip station and the rack frame.
