The Rival Strength Hex Bar is built for home users who want a consistent pulling tool without irregular loading variables. The bar weighs a true 20KG, matching the feel and progression logic of a standard Olympic barbell. Handle Configuration

Two handle heights support different pulling positions. The raised handles reduce starting range for users managing mobility or fatigue. The lower handles increase demand and reinforce full-range strength. All handles use a 28mm diameter with knurling applied for grip security without excessive abrasion. Handle spacing is set at 555mm for a stable, neutral pulling position.

Loading and Compatibility

The bar accepts all Olympic plates with a 50mm hole diameter. Each sleeve provides 255mm of loadable length, supporting progressive loading up to the bar’s 200KG maximum capacity. A pair of Olympic spring collars is included to secure plates during lifts and carries.

Construction and Finish

The frame and sleeves use a chrome coating to improve resistance against wear, moisture, and repeated plate contact. Overall bar length is 1425mm, keeping the footprint compact while maintaining balance under load. Weight tolerance is rated within 3 percent for consistent training accuracy.
