The Rival Strength S-3 Series is a power rack built for structured home training with limited space. It combines free weight lifting, guided bar work, and selectorised cable resistance within a single frame. The design supports long-term progression rather than short-term variety.
The rack integrates a dual-action adjustable cable system connected to two 105kg weight stacks. There are 4 additional pulley positions, 2 up high for pulldown exercises, and 2 down low for rows. These cable positions can be connected to achieve the equivalent of a 1:1 ratio on the 105KG weight stacks.
To reduce drag and maintain consistent resistance, each pulley wheel is made from aluminium and is fitted with bearings.
An optional bolt-in Smith Machine add-on uses linear bearings for controlled movement. The included 15kg bar offers extended travel to the top and bottom crossmembers.
The lowest bar position sits 405mm from the floor, allowing pulling movements such as rows and deadlifts.
The rack uses 75 x 75 x 3mm 11-gauge steel uprights with 26.5mm and 1-inch holes spaced at 50mm intervals. It can be floor-bolted for stability. The matte black powder coat limits surface wear.
The rack comes included with 2x Sandwich J-Cups, 2x Spotter Arms, Landmine Attachment, 2x Leg Roller Pads, 2x Front Stabiliser feet, 2x Free Motion Swivel Arms with D-Handles for the Dual Action Pulley and 8x Weight Plate Storage Poles.
The Rival S-3 Dual Adjustable Pulley is shipped on a pallet and typically arrives within 3-5 working days. The carrier will notify you prior to deliver to help ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
