This looks like a bargain - but resistance is set insanely high - trying to work out what to do to fix it
Rapid service with good communication throughout from HGS. Worth noting, Nordic Track do not provide a breakdown of the pre-set workouts. There are 26 options with no explanation of what they do which is frustrating.
