Quick One-Handed Pulley Transition
The quick, one-handed adjustable high/low pulley system can be set to more than thirty height positions to accommodate different exercises. This allows you to quickly change exercises to help maximise your training.
Dual 73kg Independent Weight Stacks - 2:1 Cable Ratio
The dual weight stacks allow for independent workouts for each side of the body, and the split resistance feature provides a smooth, continuous feel with a longer range of motion for added versatility.
Each weight stack weighs 73kg (2 x 160 lb/73kg) and is guided by solid rods built to commercial specifications. The FT1 package comes with upgraded weight stacks to a total of 96kg per weight stack.
